The LOA was sent by Fedex, so of course, I tracked it like a crazy person.  It arrived at the Fedex facility  here in Norfolk on Sat. morning.  I found out it was not scheduled for delivery until Monday.!

So, we drove across town to the Fedex distribution center.  The nice woman at the counter probably sensed how insane I was and she kindly sorted through lots of envelopes until she found ours.
I can't explain it, I just needed it in my hands.
